We take the rental from the quote to the setup: the gear delivered, placed where your venue needs it, set up and checked before the first guest. Tell us the venue, the date and how the gear gets in, and we’ll quote the whole job.

Delivery and placement: The gear arrives and goes where your venue needs it.
Setup: Speakers, lights, booth and effects, set up and checked before guests arrive.
A technician on site: If you want someone running the system during the event, ask for an operator.

What we’ll ask you

The venue and the date
Access and load-in: stairs, elevators, loading doors, timing
What needs setting up, and where
Whether you need an operator or technician for the event

Delivery, setup, tear-down and staff are quoted for each event. They’re never assumed in a rental price. An on-site technician is $75 an hour, with a four-hour minimum.
